Why no U.S. tour dates? You think just because you speak another language people here can't enjoy you? Have a heart, lasses. Just do one show here, in a nice, central location such as Texas, and everyone will be content. Texas loves you, you know.

I agree! Please come to the U.S.!
Please please please!

Why not make our little colony happy & visit Australia & NZ? I know, ants. Please tour down under!

If you could have ONE US show, we would LOVE it! Even Canada would work! I checked out flights to the UK during March and I can't find one for under $600 (not including other travel expenses). Is there any chance you could make it here to the US or Canada? PLEASE?

Toni said:

I would really love to have the opportunity to see you here in the U.S. Especially here in Las Vegas! Remember, we love you here too! Keep up the wonderful work ladies.

Dear Jennifer and Dawn,

Disappointed to see you on Parkinson. He is a filthy right wing ideologue and an apologist for imperialist aggression. The interview he had with Tony Blair was particularly vile as he served to give a veneer of legitimacy to the crimes of this despicable reprobate.

You are both intelligent socially aware people, so what’s the deal with wearing the red poppies? You cannot be unaware of the fact that every soldier that has lost his life in imperialist wars has done so not in the defence of democracy, but in the defence of the profits and privilege of the ruling classes of each nation-state.

War is nothing but state sponsored murder cloaked in national patriotism.

It’s a shame that those who achieve fame do not use their position to expose the overt criminality that pervades governments throughout the world, but instead become very comfortable within a system they once were heavily critical of.

Dear Dawn and Jennifer,
Maybe worth the consideration to come to Holland as well? Amsterdam is a real nice place to stay for a couple of days, you know! Or else we will swim the Canal...

Hello everybody,

I am so "warmth" by reading the comment posted the 23 december 2007 about the non-expression of famous people about awful things that exist in the persons or the systems by which they pass.

Usually I do this kind of comment. I feel releaved to see that there are other people who think about expression for justice, peace and those kind of things which are our real and prime needs : all the rest is "en +", as we say in french.

It has completely changed my way of seeing French and Sauders, this possible fact of non-expression. I don't know if it is true. But it is not that important. The fact is that for sure they are funny, but stop the illusion : they are just like the common people, with their forces and their weaknesses (for example, if it is so, this possible non-expression).

And I will add : I think also that in the common people, they are some people who will just never be famous even with having talent because they could never shut up about awful things they see in front of their nozes.

Bye Bye.

Come to Peterborough.... Ontario..... Canada. We have the biggest lift locks in North America - or something like that - and there's a zoo (which is free)and nearby is the Orono Cat World (which is not free, sorry). I can also recommend the Trent chip truck as a dining establishment. We don't get a lot of laughs here, so do think about it. Thanks.

Ladies, I found out today that tickets for the Aberdeen show via Ticketmaster have an excessive handling and postage charge on each ticket. Really disappointed as many of the party wishing to come are women on a budget and this means we now won't be attending.

Have got tickets for tonight's 1st show at Blackpool :-) I was dragged to a show when I was 12 years old by my sister. I didn't know who F&S were @ all - but from that night - I got hooked!! 18 years on, I think French and Saunders as a duo are untouchable and with the massive success of Ab Fab and Vicar of Dibly, just proves even more the talent of the both of you.
Keep giving us all plenty of laughs for as long as you can girls, and best of luck for the tour! Ur the best!!
Can't wait for tonight! :-):-)

Hey,
I'm 15 and a huge fan of French and Saunders: the new tour is hilarious. Will the tour be made into a DVD like, I thik, the tours were? I hope it is, because it will be a great way to finish the French and Saunders sketchshows off by releasing the tour on DVD, so all of the people who didn't see the show can see it on DVD.
Many thanks,
Adam.

I've been waiting for what seems like forever to see French and Saunders. Flying to the UK would be impossible but I really want to see French and Saunders on their farewell tour. Is there no chance of a New York show?

I went to the Bristol show on the 27th April, which happens to be my birthday, and I would like to thank F&S for the best birthday I've ever had. I have never laughed so much and I am still buzzing from the show.

It has been a life long ambition to see you guys live and even have the last tour on video (!) but actual, physical live is amazing.

Release the London dates so I can go again as I'm closer to London than Bristol!

Fantastic day.

Jenn Comerford said:

Dear French and Saunders,

Just wanted to reiterate that you are much loved in Australia, and adding us to your itinerary would be well worth your while and a very special treat for us. I was over the moon to discover that you had released the complete series 1-6 of your sketch show on dvd in Australia too. A generous birdy is giving that to me for Christmas, and I can't wait. Now, how about releasing all of your Christmas specials (and other material for that matter) over here as well? Again, it would be commercially worth your while, and a relief to all of us who have to wait for the crappy youtube versions to load in order to see your hilarious wares.

I know it's a long flight (and an especially harrowing one if you travel first class), but we'd make you both feel more than welcome upon your arrival and you could escape the English winter in exchange for some nice warm Aussie beach weather. Ay? Ay?

Regardless, thank you for giving us all so much laughter over the years. It has certainly been very good fun. Hope you don't go quietly into the night.

Yours faithfully,

Jenn Comerford.
