Bafta Fellowship
The Bafta Awards take place next week and French and Saunders are due to receive a special honour.
They will be handed the Fellowship of the British Academy of Film and Television Arts, a prestigious award that recognises achievement on film and television.
In winning this award, French and Saunders will join the club with fellow comedians such as Morcambe and Wise, but also film legends such as Anthony Hopkins and Ingmar Bergman (spot the connections?).

The British Academy Television Awards is on Sunday 26 April, 8pm BBC One.

Well Done, Hearty Congratulations....the girls done good....Thank You for all your hard work over the years....my Mum and I loved your farewell tour show after enjoying your work on stage and TV for all these years!

Congratulations!
It was a great speech and it's of course incredible to receive a BAFTA from the queen. And i can see that Dawn is a really good social worker.

I have been viewing this web page for almost 2 years and I am not sure that French and Saunders even have a connection to the site.
But just in case they do, I would like to leave a note regarding Ab Fab on Fox here in the U.S.. Sorry, they let you down. Their loss. And ours. My suggestion to you would be a cable channel instead of a network like Fox, ABC, CBS or NBC, they have to many people they are accountable to. HBO would be perfect or Showtime, I am serious, if you don't believe me ask Tracey Ullman.
A concerned fan who would like to see French and Saunders "conquer America". You both deserve the international attention.
